We know a broken fridge or leaking washer can’t wait. We prioritize same-day or next-day appointments for residents in Queen Creek, Gilbert, San Tan Valley, and the Surrounding East Valley. While our schedule fills up fast, we always do our best to get a technician to your door as quickly as possible to prevent further stress or damage.

We charge a flat diagnostic fee to cover the time and expertise required to accurately identify the issue. However, if you choose to move forward with the repair, we apply 100% of that fee toward your total repair cost. You only pay for the diagnostic if you decide not to proceed with the fix

We believe in “Honest & Reliable” advice. As a general rule, if the repair cost exceeds 50% of the price of a brand-new unit—or if the appliance is nearing the end of its expected lifespan—we may recommend replacement. We will always provide a transparent assessment of your machine’s condition so you can make the best financial decision for your home

Absolutely. I stand behind my work with a 1 year warranty on workmanship and the manufacturer warranty on parts. If a repair fails due to the way it was installed, I will return and fix it at no cost. Please note that while I honor manufacturer warranties on parts, labor for replacing a part that fails due to a manufacturer defect is not covered.
